Unconstitutional

A federal judge has ruled that the requirement forcing all Americans to purchase health care is unconstitutional. Given the centrality of the clause, the entire act has been declared unconstitutional.

Cue the clowns (CNN whose headlines are all about the Middle East, FoxNews pops champagne, NPR places the story at position #2 behind Egypt, MSNBC merely links to the judge's ruling) and it's on to the next act in our political theater.
