Food Safety: Whose Job?
Ontario public health officials say it is the consumer's responsibility to make sure the food they eat is cooked. There is some sense in this. ... But companies may not be helping as much as they ought. Compare and contrast the following two pictures of "processed chicken products." The difference is perhaps not subtle, but it's not blatant either. Powell asks:
