Probably not, but you can pretend you can via this link that lets you play a Jeopardy-like game. The "problem" is that you get to choose whether to answer the question or pass and have unlimited time in which to choose. So you're not really being pitted against Watson's speed, only its accuracy, and you have access to the same Google information it has.
