Upcoming Kid on the Block: Chile

This week, Chile was extended an invitation to join the OECD. Now, there's a long process involved in accepting the invitation, and that acceptation being accepted again and so forth. But, as Perry Como enthusiasts might sing, Chile has come a long way from Pinochet.(Hat tip MR)
