Bottled Water

The primary thing this is missing is a better description of where the water comes from and what it used to be doing. They mention fossil fuels, but not the water used in producing and transporting the water.

Primary other step I'd like to see? End - or at least lower - water subsidies so that our agriculture stops overusing water and gets serious about conservation. It would do more for California, for instance, than anything changing urban users' water access would since 80% of the water goes to agriculture.
