How do you provide education to a people of livestock herders who move with the rains in Kenya? Mobile schools. It takes a dedicated teacher, though. Hassan Farah, the interviewee, has not been paid in months. How long can that be maintained? There are many other questions to be asked before really labeling it a Success, but it at least passes one of Easterly's first tests: most of the community likes it.
