Livestock vs Ethanol: Corn Always Wins

Livestock on ethanol:
“Favoring one segment of agriculture at the expense of another does not benefit agriculture as a whole or the consumers that ultimately purchase our products.”

Ethanol on livestock:
"Such practices resulted in farmers getting more income from the government than they could from the marketplace, while corporate livestock industries prospered.”

Try this on for size: favoring one segment of society at the expense of another does not benefit society as a whole. Such practices result every time in one segment of society getting more income from the government than they could from the marketplace, so that politically favored industries and the government prosper.
