Political Will and African Agriculture

At the African Green Revolution Forum, leaders of countries and Kofi Annan got together to say that we would have a Green Revolution in Africa already if we only had the political will. Structural adjustment prevented agricultural growth for decades, and "Until African countries shape their own policies, they won’t have a Green Revolution."
