What does a postdoc do?
Well, this postdoc is writing a book on food policy with Per Pinstrup-Andersen, Food Policy for Developing Countries: The Role of Government in Global, National and Local Food Systems. You can find more information about the project and the collection of case studies for it here. The book is scheduled for publication Fall 2010.
