SparkPeople sends me daily emails comparing foods and giving their recommendation of which is healthier. Today's was both obvious and counter-intuitive:
Nacho cheese or guacamole?
Depending on brand, the same amount of nacho cheese has fewer calories and less fat ... but since the fat it has is nearly all the bad for you kind and the avacado's fat is the healthier kind, they give the guac the gold star.
